About your host
Hello, I’m Kerryn, a Holistic Nutritionist (BHSc), Eating Psychology Coach, Speaker, and Writer. I work with people (just like YOU) who are ready to transform their eating and lifestyle habits, so they can experience radiant, blissful wellness and lead more enjoyable lives.
I am a big believer in the possibility of health at EVERY size and am passionate about ditching diets for good. I’m here to guide you out of the negative loop of worry – comparison – self-doubt – self-loathing – repeat.
I know deep down your inner voice is whispering “there must be more to life than this”. And, I’m here to tell you that there is! You CAN live the life that you desire. You can have a healthy relationship with food AND your body.
All it takes is a bit of time and a commitment to yourself.
And I’m here to support you and guide you along the way.
About your guest speakers
Sabine McKenzie is the Founder of Core Confidence, created to promote positive body esteem to a school-aged population.
Since it’s inception in 2016, Core Confidence has grown to meet the much needed demand to also provide lived experienced peer support for those struggling with negative body image and disordered eating/exercise behaviours.
Fuelled by her own experience and backed with a Physiotherapy degree amongst more specialised training, Sabine is a passionate speaker helping women of Perth re-define self love and own their worth beyond their image.
Katie Clarke is a bit of a unicorn who knows first hand what it’s like to feel all the feels you might be right now. Katie is passionate about self worth, self love, purpose and all round wellness. After year’s of ups and downs and keeping things all bottled up, Katie now openly speaks about her experiences and her journey to finding her passion, purpose and loving herself and her body.
By sharing her story and standing in her truth, Katie’s hope is that her experiences and honest truths will let someone know that they aren’t alone, and that it’s ok to talk about what they are going through. Continuously studying and investing in personal development, Katie is a Business Development Manager who is always spreading her Light-work and looking to hold space and help others whenever she can.
Paisley Madison is a passionate, positive, pocket-rocket who is dedicated to helping you re-discover your greatness through meditation, ITA energy medicine and mentoring. As her name suggests; Paisley is a bit of a wild child who lives life with colour and sparkle, rich in ideas and loud with laughter. Paisley loves to feel all the feels – the highs and the lows – and move through life like a revolutionist on a quest for spiritual freedom.
Ruth Balcke truly believes that sensitivity is your superpower and feelers are the medicine of the world. Ruth uses her intuitive gifts to support epic visionaries in bringing their missions out into the world. Ruth loves to help people connect back to themselves through mediation and the breath.

It’s so nice to give yourself the time and space to contemplate what you idea of nourishment is and to challenge some of your misconceptions around food. Plus you get to do it in a beautiful space, with yummy healthy snacks and herbal tea while surrounded by other lovely women!
This is a really great workshop if you are looking to spend some time connecting to yourself and looking at your patterns around eating. It’s great to learn about nourishment and to expand your thinking around that so that you can create much healthier habits.
Your questions answered
What do I need to bring?
The retreat runs from 10am to 4pm in the afternoon. Apart from an open-mind there isn’t a whole lot you’ll need, but feel free to bring whatever will make you feel comfortable.
What type of food will be available?
Don’t worry, our day is packed full of learning and care, which includes fuelling your body with yummy food! Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided, as well as unlimited water, coffees and a selection of herbal teas. I will contact after you purchase your ticket to confirm any dietary requirements.
What if I’m not confident enough to come alone?
I’m so glad you asked! Please know that the majority of women who attend will be coming alone and will be looking to meet new people. My retreats are specifically designed to help build your confidence, so you’re not expected to feel super confident coming in. You’ll be welcomed into the room with a big smile. Don’t fret, this is a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
What is the retreat vibe going to be like?
My retreats are filled with story-sharing, truth-telling, inspiring discussions, practical advice, and plenty of giggles! The vibe will be relaxed and cozy. My intent is to build trust between the group so that we all feel safe enough to share, but if you’d rather do your own thing or stay a bit quiet that is okay too. Overall, it’s just going to be a really lovely time to check in with yourself and make time for YOU.
