I am passionate about helping clients to live happy, healthy and wholesome lives! By taking control of our bodies we can connect to life in a more meaningful way.
If anyone knows about stress, it’s me. I used to walk around in a heart-pounding state of anxiety, until one day, I decided to address it head-on. I cleaned up my diet and was amazed at the effect it had on my life. Everything felt calmer and fresher, like my mind and body had been spring-cleaned.
I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery ever since.
From tertiary study in health sciences to certifications in counselling and meditation, I put my voracious appetite for health-related practice to good use. At university, I found my younger classmates would gravitate toward me, seeking gentle and nurturing advice. As I helped them become happier and healthier, I knew this was what I was born to do.
In 2014, I became a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level II. Under the teachings of Paul Chek, a world-renowned holistic health practitioner and neuromuscular therapist, I honed my understanding of the relationship between food and lifestyle. This in-depth study let me create individualised eating and exercise plans that increase my clients’ health and overall wellness, plus improve their sleep and reduce stress.
I love nothing more than sharing my knowledge to help my clients nourish their mind, body, and soul. Through simple and satisfying adjustments, I act as a guide, showing clients how to take their lives back into their own hands.
I believe in non-stop learning, and I’m constantly filling my mind with more health-related wisdom to make your life happier and healthier.

The story behind the feather
As a child, I was in awe of the black cockatoo feathers I would find on our farm in Margaret River. Each time one fluttered to the ground, I would admire its wonder and add it to my collection. Later on, I discovered that in Australian Indigenous culture the black cockatoo symbolises the power of spirit in your life. It brings about empowerment, happiness and contentment – exactly what I aim to give each one of my clients.
When you find a black feather, folklore says a healing is taking place after a time of depletion. With West Coast Wellness, I like to think I’m passing a metaphorical black feather to my clients, offering a healing of their body and mind.
